Hi my name is Frank LooSer (Sarge) In the context of social networking I am pleased to reveal the passions of Frank H. LooSer, Jr., where he comes from and why he loves what he does.

When I was a child my parents worked in the thriving US Textile Industry, which provided them with the benefits of achieving their dreams, of owning a home, cars, a maid and some of the luxuries of life.  The American manufacturing Industry was once the pride of America, providing jobs that kept America strong.  Today America manufacturing has been deliberately dismantled by greed and big business moving our jobs overseas, crippling the American economy and destroying the opportunity for millions of Americans to achieve their American Dream.

 I was born in the Heart of Dixie in the early 60’s, growing up in small town America.  I romanced the entrepreneurial spirit as a young boy by selling greeting cards door to door and by age 12 operating my own landscaping business.  Everything we needed could be bought at one of the stores on the town square.  I started working in the Textile Industry at age 16; and worked in the music business performing live for small venues. I obtained my GED from Auburn University and relocated to the Silicon Valley in the early 80’s where I worked for my uncle manufacturing parts for the video game industry. My uncles business in the Silicon Valley provided his American Dream.

I was blessed with loving parents.  My father encouraged and taught me I could do anything if I put my mind to it.  By example my mother taught me the true meaning of charity, how to love myself and others.  She would give you the food off her plate and clothes off her back if she thought you needed it.  I am blessed to still have both parents alive and mentoring me and my children with their love and wisdom.

I followed my love of music and my dreams to Nashville Tennessee where I met my awesome wife Cheryl after a snow storm during the winter of 1984.  When the internet started gaining popularity after the development of HTML and the World Wide Web, I built a successful web based promotional products business known today as The Official Supplier of Masonic Promotional Products.

In 1986 I found a flyer on my car, which lead me to join my first Network Marketing Company.  We were excited and did everything we were told to do that was supposed to bring success.  We put out flyers, put up signs, went to meetings, talked to anybody and everybody that had a pulse, sold products and sponsored people.  It didn’t work out like we had hoped it would. 

I still had dreams bottled up inside screaming to get out. After gaining an understanding of the Network Marketing compensation plan I was convinced it was the only option I had to earn the kind of money I needed to make my Dreams come true. After all other ordinary people had done it.   I believed it would work if I could just find the right company with the right sponsor and get in at the right time.  So I joined another, another and another looking for that magic fit.  Finally my wife lost faith in the MLM business and her dreams died with it.  Everybody I knew ran the other way when they saw me coming except for the ones that gloated over the opportunity to say “I told you it wouldn’t work”.  I too finally said, I’ve had enough and swore to never join another MLM for as long as I lived.  I focused all my attention on my law enforcement career which fulfilled my passion to be of service to people in need.  Through the years I continued to better myself by reading books, attending seminars and taking classes.

Even though America has in excess of one hundred billionaires today, the odds are stacked against the average American achieving their American Dream.  The grim reality of the American economic situation in America today with all the debt generated to bail out banks and major corporations who did not deserve to be bailed out at the expense of the American people has made it extremely difficult if not impossible for the average American citizen to be in a position of attaining their American Dream.  We have thousands of students graduating collage each year with tons of student loans and no jobs available to earn the money to pay them back.  Napoleon Hill wrote in his best-selling self-help Book Think and Grow Rich “Poverty and riches often change places.  The crash of 1929 taught the world this truth, although the world will not long remember the lesson.  Poverty may, and generally does, voluntarily take the place of riches.  When riches take the place of poverty the change is usually brought about through well-conceived and carefully executed plans.”

So what happened to the American Dream that so many Americans have died for and continue to die for today?  Has America forgotten there ever was an American Dream? Has America forgotten what it means to be American?  Has America forgotten what the Declaration of Independence is? Has America forgotten what it means to be governed by the United States Constitution and not big business?  Has America forgotten that we are the greatest Nation in the world?  Has America forgotten that the US Government was established by the people for the people?  Not by the government for the government to suppress the people.  I’ll let you answer those questions for yourself but one thing I know for sure and that is Big business aka (Corporate America) has run small town American businesses out of America for the sake of globalism, and that's what happened to the American Dream!  Question is now, how do we get it back? Keep reading and I’ll show you.

In 2009 I set out to start an internet marketing business.  I was just about to launch when another MLM came along that was associated with a billionaire mentor of mine.  I was sold on the idea that I could build it online.  While doing marketing research I came across Michael Dlouhys free eBook “Success in 10 Steps”.  After reading his book I had a very clear understanding of why I had always sucked at MLM and it was not my fault.  I thought man, if I had known this 20 years ago my wife would have never lost faith in me building a MLM business. 

Then came the devastating news from my wife that she had been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Everything started to change.  All my business plans were put on hold while I focused my energy on supporting my wife through the worst time of her life.  I kept her focused on the end result of being cancer free, healthy , with an awesome new boob job.

Michael Dlouhy called me a few days after I downloaded his eBook just to follow up to make sure I was able to down load it OK.  I shared the news that my wife had cancer and I had to concentrate on getting her well.  Michael offered his thoughts and prayers and sent her a gift to try.  Today after my wife is cancer free and we are back to normal.  I have a new found desire to share with the world the valuable information about why so many people have not been successful in their MLM endeavors.  Now that I understand what to look for when evaluating an MLM company, I have to share that information with all the beautiful people who deserve to hear it.  I have to do everything in my power to help those people become in their MLM businesses. 

Tom Big Al Shreiter one of my mentors and a leader in the Network Marketing industry, says he’s read all the great books in the industry and is yet to see another book that has produced as many strong Network Marketing leaders as fast as Michael Dloughys book “Success In 10 Steps” If you’re serious about wanting to make your business work, Success In 10 Steps is definitely the book you need to read.

The reason I do what I do is because, I feel the pain and suffering of the people in a financially distraught Nation, and I want to do something to help those people achieve their Dreams though a well-conceived and carefully executed plans. I have an unselfish desire to give back and save people years of heart ache and frustration. 

I can only help the people who want my help.  I will never chase after anybody to give them something they do not want.  I'm looking to help people that want my help and desire to gain the benefits of belonging to a Powerful Master Mind Group like Napoleon Hill described in his book Think and Grow Rich.  There is power in likeminded people focusing together to achieve a goal.  We have a powerful Master Mind Group already established that’s free to join but only if you qualify.  All one has to do to qualify is have a burning desire to succeed in their MLM business regardless of which company it is.

I believe people should be taught how to think and not what to think.
